pedalcase recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good hard case?

Obvious ones I know about are CNB and MrMisse. The CNB cases seem quite flimsy while I don't know if you can even buy MrMisse ones anymore.

Recently got rid of my PT-2 because it just seemed ridiculous to mount a M13 on it. I figure I might as well get a good hard case pedalboard instead of a soft case Pedaltrain.

Need it to be pretty big for an M13, HOG, bunch of smaller pedals and a power supply.

Hey there, there's St. Adrian who make really sturdy cases, but it's on the pricey side. CNB aren't too bad; mine's 5 years old and it's lasted flights between Singapore and Australia.

Just email MrMisse on his website.

If you want boutique:
PumaBoards
BlackBird Boards
LYT Pedalboards
Bedroom Boards
Coffin Case
Gator

Hmm, that's good to know. I didn't mind the small CNB case but for my main board I'm not confident of the big one holding up. Plus the locks are rubbish...

I emailed MrMisse a couple weeks back but no response. Will try again.

Whoa, M13 and HOG on 1 board ah. The CNB is a good and cheap choice, I've been using mine for quite some time without problems. Not sure of the sizes they offer tho.

Pedaltrain hardcases, still comes with the frame.

I decided against keeping my PT for a few reasons:

1) I prefer to have my expression pedals flat / on the floor. Keeping it off the PT frame means more setup time. And I didn't even have space for 2x EB VP Jr's before I changed from M9 to M13...

2) The frame was already heavy enough. If I'm going to get a hard case, I think I'll go with just a hardcase, not PT + hardcase.

3) M13...

I still like Pedaltrains, think they're the best design out there, and if I was a rock star with roadies and a van and money I would use a PT Pro. Lol. But gotta be realistic man

wck, yup, went a bit crazy... Could not resist the HOG la.

misse not in singaland now iirc

If wanna, can try checking with tymc or so. Misse put some of his stuff with them as well, so perhaps can check with them if they still have it at the shop.

I'm using a large CNB case for my M13 and 1 Boss FVL500. Still has space to fit another 2-3 pedals. It is in no way flimsy, just that the carpet can get a little loose over time. I've been using it for about a year now and it still is holding up. I'm looking for a larger one tho, anyone knows where I can get those flightcase quality one?

Ok I got hold of a MrMisse MP1 and it's well built, I'd definitely bring it out... but it's obviously not big enough for an M13 and HOG with foot controller, not even started on two EB VP Jr's, power supply etc. Decided to wire up all my stompboxes instead and it fits nicely, so might bring that out without the M13 depending on what I'm playing. The sane option would be to go back to M9 again and ditch my extra delays and reverbs... but sane is boring.

So where do I get a huge-ass hard case around here? Lol. MP1 is 760 x 340 x 85 mm, or approx 30 x 13 x 3.3 inches.
