Chrome pickup cover on the way... hehehe ... neck not sure how cos using an alnico pickup that is slightly bigger than normal strat pickup. I'm just using what I have. Not spending too much on hobbycraft this year.

Now need to find idea for the cirtcuit cover plate.

anything else u need ?

Nothing that comes to mind now. I'm concurrently working on an Aria 12 String guitar that I found by the bin on 1st day CNY. Body structure ok. Neck split along the fretboard. Now fixed up and I think will be up and playable soon. Only that i don't plan to revert it to a 12 strings. I'm planning to turn it into a 'bass' by installing the thickest acoustic strings available. The 12 strings bridge and tuner spacing makes it easier to hold four strings with equal distance between them.

Hydesg: Superlead's work? Was thinking of getting a JM done by him but found a cheaper job elsewhere. Should be good! The yellowing of the pickguard on the strat is a bit overdone and concentrated IMO, but it still looks like a heck of a guitar.

for aged guitar parts, you should get some from MonsterRelic. they do relics on guitars and even metal parts. check out their website and feast your eyes on their aged pickguards!
