OFFICIAL- Show us your kits thread!

Hey guys. I have removed the pics. What was intended to be sharing photos of kits has resulted in some misunderstandings. I apologise for any misconceptions caused. :)

HAHAH ya dont remove, can bring more people (drummers) to your church and convert them!

"if you become a christian, i let you play for 10mins!"

flip, sorry! just kidding! that kit looks like the exact same one tony royston jr used during drumfest

Do you mean what Rudimental wrote at the last post of that page? I think he was just kidding lah....

Yes some churches are rich but the money came from the people's own free will...to give back a little of what God has blessed them with...nothing wrong with that. Just like how you bring your dad out for lunch once in a while for all that he has done for you for the past years...nothing wrong right? If he gave you an excellent education and you became this big fat lawyer...nothing wrong with blessing your dad with an expensive meal once in a while right??

Let the others say what they want but there are many more richer and bigger buddhist/taoist temples out there....just as long as you don't criticize them it's fine in my opinion...just do what you like!!!

actually no need to take away pics... anyway its meant for sharing the drumkit around..
well.. double pedal doesnt mean have to play metal in church... i see drummer using double pedal to add in more groove or giving the punch of the song even more.. its nt a matter of the price but the skills applied to it :)

yeah man.. anw, who said double pedals are solely for metal? haha! pple like tony royster jr. and many others use double pedal but i dont think they REALLY play metal.. they can, but that's not their speciality.. haha

but seriously, gospel music has evolved and there are many different kinds, most of them sound like normal 4/4 or 6/8 timing rock music, there are still the traditional old hymns and of cos, the groovy and praisey kinds like wad gorden campbell played at drumfest..

oh well.....

its not that we're saying double pedals are for metal or what. its just that its hard to picture a church rocking to a double pedal bass line.

My setup at a recent gig at the Esplanade :D
