Save some $$$$ For better cymbals. From my experience, those Meinl headliners are really ear wrenching. :P

Do u have drums as well?

Well, surprisingly, the Headliner is very quiet compared to my Dark Crash.[/quote]

hmm....i think it does...

den again i nv actually played it with a tom holder and pipe piercing thru the shell ( ugh the thought of it! )..

i think its louder ah... :)

10inch currently...12 inch never got it tuned to sound in tune with the rest of the toms...

stagestar tom holder pierces thru the shell ( as in the pipe itself) but not the tom holder connecting to the toms.... :)

mm nice and sweet the 10'. i just tuned both my 10' and 14'. still on stock heads and they sound fine.

btw, how much does that cymbal+tom holder stand cost?

ya tts true.. i have not changed my head s till now.. i feel tt heads will keep changing must as well spend the money on cymbals or other stuff.. haha what you guys feel?

hey kanzer. ive been really afraid to try to tune my own skins for a long time. due to failure and it sounding worse and worse.

until recently i decided to spend money changing heads and then i said" ok i give the skins another shot" and wala! spent about a hour on each tom and managed to get an average sound out of it so yea im keeping them for awhile i guess =D

lookup drum tuning bible . sure helps!
