This one always draw alot of "Laugh",whenever I set it up on stage.The children like it very much!!! some of them just want me to sell it right on the spot!! well! I always enjoy playing this drum-kits.

Wonder1- Are you on PDF? I could have sworn I saw those kits there before! Didn't expect to see them again here. They're amazing. The yellow mini kit is my favourite, it's like a normal kit but the vertical bass drum makes it totally unique.

Sorry if the images are really big.. The kit with many cymbals was when I was mad.. Toned down to a simpler set now.

(1)For Composer of Requiems: Yes! I did post my "Yellow Kits" at PDF.Yes!it's real fun to play around this drum.
(2)For Myner: Depends how you want to do it!! but mine mostly recycle item..old drum,second hand hardware,Free plywood(left over from my old friend's work-shop plus I can use his cutting machine!!)I just need to buy some Glue(for the wood)bolt & nuts.Like the Cocktail drum..I just spend around $300!! (compare to new one $8000!!!)
(3)for Drum hobbyist: Yes! One day your dream sure come true!! I do FOC drum repair for the Church & also some young drummer who don't have much $$.I really enjoy!

Not all plywood can use! got to slow pick & try tap at the edge and hear the "tone" of that thin ply!!It depend how you want your drum's sound? Bright!Loud! or Warm! Since I'm playing mosly unplug or Low volume gigs(Company's dinner party,lounge)so I need more "Warmmer" sound.Is also easy for mic(if the gigs that I perfrom need more volume for my drum)too.all my drum are good for "Close Mic in".

Ahh... Yes... its rather huge... i was thinking i kinda custom the hardwares so might as well get everything... otherwise i am sure i will not be able to add on any toms with the same colour and all... you know wat i mean...
I would love to but don't know how leh... Waliao... it took me damn long to post the image!!! haha... Me not very tech savvy... Not mic up yet also... peiseh!
BTW, Alvin... do you know where i can buy Evans ec2 14" clear drum skin? I managed to get all except the 14"!! Know anywhere got? Bought most of it from ranking and the 8" was from Yamaha... Still looking for the 14". Drumreseources Nigel also out of stock for 14"

Oh no....your only chance now is Yamaha...but online is still cheaper if you are going to get from Yamaha. Evan's local stock is always very limited unfortunately.

my humble kit.
This is my humble Peavey kit, with a Tama 14" artstar tom that i threw in. My primary bass drum is a Maxwin by Pearl bass drum. I bought this from an instrument repair shop and just threw it all together. My cymbal selection is also very, budget. But i'm a ride person, and i love my ride (20" HH jazz ride).
