NewBie here nid some help!!

Recently i jus re-string my guitar myself(not sure weather am i doing the right way)
after re-string i tried to tune it with my tuner but it take no effect on it no matter how hard or soft i pick the equailzer does not move
Any pro can help with my problem??
is it that i re-string wrongly??

why dont you describe how you stringed your guitar?
and check if your volume knob is turned to the max. i made the mistake of not doing that and panicking

maybe your tuner's batteries are weak?
or your cable connecting your tuner to the guitar,maybe it's loose?
or as vicko said,check the volume knob
