hey man i agree with u completely! ;-) so what kinda music do u play? I need tips on picking. hehe
 
Can I play bach or paganini? Sure. :) Everyone can. ;) Its just how you wanna go about doing it on the guitar, like at what speed. I've tried to play paganini's 5th caparice, but i just lost interest after a while. The score is still here with me. I should get down to do it, these pieces are great exercises.

Ah. Album. Not yet. Hold yer horses. Many of the material up on that website are older stuff, lots of mistakes in them. I need to rework them soon.
 
shredcow, i love yr philosophy! y not u do a better rendition of bumble bee and partita and 'chiet' that long hair freak! demo to us that partita song with yr fingers! (is partita by vanessa mae's bach st prelude?)

Thrashes every guitarist who ever did it... and I'm not about to even try to topple it. :P

I'm more keen on movie scores and themes... I did a (lame) take on Star Wars and currently, I'm so into The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Thats really all I ever covered in my whole guitar life.
 
Great, great attempt/effort!

Although the fingering and intonation need to be more 'zai'...and the guitar definitely is out of tune...

And the feel is completely lacking.
 
How zai it should be? I want to understand more about what you guys have been talking about
Can anyone teach me guitar privately? I want to learn reading music and learn classical stuff on electric guitars. :-)
 
hmm ok...nice video, but shredcow, its not by you what...haha..c'mon man practice what you preach! you already SaId everYOne can plaY! show us your rendition!! Talk is always cheap! u dont want to be labelled as 'hum chee' right? ;-)
 
haha i can safely say i know this guy on the video, and his guitar or intonation is not out of tune in anway. His standard of playing is as good as paul danial standard.

Yeap, everyone can play, you wanna see me play it @ 80bpm? :lol:

I'll do it when i think i want to do it... no offense to you or anyone who covers material but I simply don't find that much value in doing covers unless I really don't have time to compose stuff.

Maybe you should ask him to record videos with an in tune / intonated guitar? We just say what we see.
 
i want to see someone play partita in e. i know there was this Brazilian chick who played, but i forgot the URL to her web.
