need good cables

Planet wave's cables seems to me just e same to any average cables you can find.. eg,those brands sold in yamaha.. well if you seriously wanna get a good cable i feel evidence is better.. george L give me e insure feeling for being solderless.. canare are good! but only if its for short distance.. but abv all, they are all personal preference! 8)

Hmm.
I've been using two 20-ft long Planet Wave cables with the gold-plated tips for close to a year now, been to countless jamming sessions and a few gigs... no problems whatsoever. That said, I take very good care of my cables and I ALWAYS coil them back nicely and properly.

got budget? some cables can be rather pricey...
like crawd..mention ..if you get gd, expensive cables ...make sure you take care of it...just to increase the livespan of youre investment
for me i bought canare gs-6 at sim lim square and bought a few neutriks head ..wala..done ...if you are not that familiar with soldering ..you can ask the person manning the store to solder for you..
plus you can customise colour and length of the cables..

Hmm.
For me, I bought this cable from yamaha music plaza, but I felt that it was too long. So... I DIY-ed the cables by buying new heads from Sim Lim Tower (el-cheapo one, perhaps? not neutrik... abit too chunky for my liking) and cutting up the cable to my desired length and then soldering on the heads.
All I had to do was make sure I slotted in the head cap before soldering.. or else alot of shit to go through just to unsolder and re-do the job.

Get Gotham cable + Neutrik/Amphenol heads frm Luther. Very nice sound and if raymond does the soldering nothing shld go wrong
