My throat feels like it's bleeding every time I sing a high note

My throat feel likes it's bleeding. Everytime I try to sing a high note.

I breath in till my chest and unleash it, a pain stabs through my throat

:/ I get those things during when a sore throat is developing. Might want to check in over at the docs to see if there's an infection or something? Seems like your throat is inflammed or something... which in any case, you shouldn't push yourself and rest your voice..

That can happen if you do screams before warming up. Drink plenty of warm water before, after and even in between performances. That'll not only allow to sing better, it last you longer too. *CHEERS!*..Oh, avoid drinking alcohols after that..lol

Go for ginger tea
