HI to all Softies,

I got a question here.
May i know can a Multi-Fx pedal be join with another Multi-Fx Pedal??
Like for example, can an Korg AX1500G be played with AX3000G simultaneously??
Is there any way it can be done or sumthin???coz theres sumthin that one pedal has but not the other.

Hope to hear from u guys soon!

Good Day!

Haha I remembered seeing this question one month ago, if you do a search maybe you can find it.

About this, why not? Just know what you are doing though cuz the sequence of pedlas might be screwed up when u do that. turn off cab emulation for one of them.

if you use common sense. it SHOULD work

but then it might be a different thing when you actually do it. woah but isnt lugging two multi effects around a hassle?

doesnt the AX3000G has everything and more than the AX1500G has?well it certainly possible to try.but the pod x3 live is the coolest multifx by far if you wanna talk putting alot of stomp efx and other cool stuff.

I do wanna try but im afraid i'll destroy either Multi-fx...dats y i ask.common sense is common sense yes but im thinkin more about wad will happen.who noes sumone actually tried it out olready or sumthin...
So tnx!

nothing will happen, it wont destory anything. I have not tried any multi efx. But we can look at the connection of 2 multi efx in its simplest form below

guitar output---->multiefx 1 input---->multiefx 1 output----> multifx 2 input---->multiefx 2 output---->amplifier

you play the geetar, the strings vibrate over pickup, your signal goes into the chain above and you hear it in the end, thru the amplifier.

in short, what you will be facing, is nothing but sending your geetar signal into effect to be processed and get amplifed at the end of the chain. No plaiying with electricity involved(other than powering up all the gear that is) or adding fuel to fire etc

It is not dangerous nor hazzardous. Its the same as playing with single stomboxes and connecting all the various single stompboxes together, input to output to input to output etc to form the chain.

the only thing to take note, someone already mentioned in the thread, turning off the cab/amp simulation if theres any.

as for the common sense thing, just turn down volume of everything first, connect first, turn up volume one by one, start slow and go from there.

Connecting effect wont destroy anything, infact might have interesting result, depending on gear and how to play around with the setting of the gear.
