Movie

no no ... if simon pegg's not writing the script, it usually sucks. One trivia for the scene where he meets his superiors - all the actors there are great cult british comedians.

The philip glass thing was held, iirc, 2 nights at the NUS cultural center many years back. Naqoyqaatsi wasn't in it. Heheh i guess yo yo ma was taking a night off.

Yeah i saw that reno 911 miami. It's not really as funny as the series though.

crossroads with ralph macchio. Really fun movie - ralph wishes, the devil dishes, they both get into a hoedown at the end - but for me tenacious D's pick of destiny is the one. There's also a futurama episode where fry exchanges hands with the devil and they both do an opera. That one's great.

i couldn't see much of the darkly lit scenes on youtube for tutli, (boo hiss), yeah but the eyes were mesmerising. Speaking of which, everyone should check out the 1973 french animation Fantastic Planet ( or. La Planete Sauvage ) the psychedelic sounds and animation are just too much.

i dont go to cinemas alot. its like..err once a year? if i do, its always being forced to or someone treating me. if i do, i'll watch thrillers and action movies.

i prefer watching dvds at home. so i can forward and rewind. im very attention-to-detail person. so if i see something not right or cant get what the actor said or whats-that-little-thing-over-there, i'll just rewind.

but overall i like funny shows. im a abit of a scaredy cat.hehe

Ahh. Tenacious D, how could I forget.
Oh, that episode where bender sold his ass plate for the honk, epic episode  Gotta love futurama.

That devil hands futurama episode was the last futurama episode ever unfortunately. Not to fear though, since futurama is coming back for its fifth season soon, in 3 movies eventually to be cut up and edited to 12 episodes or so. I've seen the first of them, Bender's Big Score, and it's just as funny as the first time I watched Futurama.

Oh yuh forget to mention Lord of The Ring Trilogy.....funny thing tat no1 mention abt it...is one movie outside my interest that i really love....

i cant remember when was the last time i cried in a cinema because of a movie. i cant remember what movie it was too. haha

i don't watch Matrix and Star Wars cos they confuse me.

i like LOTR. my mum has the entended version vcds for the trilogy. i planned to watch all three in one day, after my exams. now exam over, got attachment. wah no time:(
i like those action shows like Transformers and all those. and Simpsons Movie and such. and so far, i've never planned to watch a movie in a cinema before. its always the case where we go as a family, or i go with friends. and movie's not complete without POPCORN!

haha i tried that once. delicious but very fast finish already:(

haha and usually when the movie starts, my popcorn left half a bucket only. wah..

HAHAH if i go to the movies with my bf, the nachos sometimes finish even before the movie starts!
LOL

haha ya lah thats why i don't buy nachos. and sometimes i 'import' twisties and mars bars into the cinema in my jacket or bag. hahaha oops my secret has been revealed

haha sigh wonder what's my next movie. i totally missed Jumper. damn. didn't have the time to watch that. hmm what else is good now....

well. i like mind thrillers. some comedy and oscar-worthy movies. that's about it. no kiddie cartoons for me like ratatouille.;)

what? noooooo

ah well. lets do what theunknown does. go when someone treats you. otherwise, watch it at home. somemore no need to sneak food. hahaha

don't eat the popcorn ... it's corporatised food for the capitalist bourgeoisie.

jumper had so much potential, but in the end becomes a beauty vehicle for the incredibly wooden dark lord of the sith.

yeah bender's big score was great too. The bit with the downloaded virus and spam, totally brilliant. out of all the characters, i just dig zoidberg the most. He's absolute nonsense.

LOTR is brilliant as well, which unfortunately is going to be the standard that every other fantasy movie is going to have to match up to ... except by that great german director uwe boll, whose brilliant works of art have to be seen to be appreciated --- i mean blood rayne in the wild west ---- classic solid gold.
