Modded Danelectro Fab Echo

Pretty cool... I wonder if Randolf does that kinda work. I am pretty sure he does if he has the parts. Could be a killer pedals to have at a killer price.

I sort of jumped the gun on something similiar.

Interesting! I've always been a fan of the wacky Danelectro stuff. With silly humour inflected names that I can never seem to recall and the cheap looking platic casings and horendous parts these pedals actually do work. Under the hood these pedals are actually of great classic designs at almost rediculous prices. Danelectros like the Boss and Ibanez's are highly moddable and if you do find something that's gonna take up permanent placement in your rig can be transplanted onto a new more sturdy chassis with true bypass switching. I've done a few for clients but they do take up more time and the cost is significant. So unless you are going to use them for prefessional gigs on a regulare basis I'd recommend that you explore the range and just keep 'em as they are or get 'em modded to suit your individuality when you've fully exhausted their stock design charms and quirks.
