Matt Bellamy Signature Guitar

Manson has finally released an official Matt Bellamy Signature, no doubt realizing the potential income after turning down thousands of phone calls from really rich Muse fans. Yes it's incredibly expensive (even more so than standard Mansons), yes the options are rather limited for a "custom" guitar, yes it's gonna sell hundreds.

Personally I think the price is a bit ridiculous, for a rather dodgy looking, potentially gimmicky guitar. I'd be lying if I said I didn't want one, but honestly the price should be a thousand pounds less.

IMO for the price, we should get the basic shape template and our own custom options built to exacting specs, rather than a fixed spec list that makes this seem almost production-line based. Plus the upcharges for things like custom knobs are ridiculous. 250 pounds for fancier knobs? I think not.

^ The one in that video there looks a lot better than the 2 being made IMO, plus the sounds make me want one! Reminds me of a Moog Guitar actually. Which incidentally is just a little more than this. I'd get the Moog personally.

I'd rather spend money installing a kaoss pad in my tele. It still isn't cheap but at least it's cheaper than this!

i think its all going to be handmade by hugh manson himself, maybe thats why the price is freaking outrageous. and theres only one manson shop.

but wow, never knew manson would release a mattocaster, thought it was all only for matt and muse.

All Mansons are made by the man himself aren't they? And they usually don't go up that high. Maybe Matt gets a hefty chunk too.
