Loading new instruments into YellowTools Independence Free

Hi everyone,

I d/lded Independence Free to try it out.. do I need any other software if I want to record and arrange tracks?

How do I load other instruments into it's sound library? I can't find any mention of it in their user manual... what format should the new sounds be in?
