Live 'n' Loaded Episode 9 - 2 April, 11pm on Ch 5

So sad that there won't be a second season. Despite all the criticism I for one believe that this show still has tremendous potential if Mediacorp would just give it another chance.

Remember I mentioned about having Joe Ng & you to representz Padres in a special collab with GSE? Joe turned us down!!!!! argghhz!

Actually, I wasn't aware of the Great Spy element.
Can't remember if I heard back from Joe either.

When it comes to Great Spy: they don't need old Padres spoiling their late night requests; instead: witness the much-love when they have one of their special Pinholes gettogether gueststar moments as seen more than once at Esplanade.

Etc and Pinholes is nice too.

Etc & the Bunnymen

Remember Episode 9 will not be telecasted tonight. It will be on 2nd April instead!

Etc purposely postponed any Thursday shows in honour of LnL - so when they heard 'two episodes to go' they thought it was safe to schedule a show for 9 April 2009. Why, they could even offer counseling to LnL fans with withdrawl symptoms that night....

But now it looks like they won't be able to bid the show adieu in front of the telly as they will be in front of an audience that night (if anyone's coming out instead of watching the TV).

Etc :: Easter Treaty

Remember! Episode 9 is playing on TV Channel 5 11PM tomorrow night! 2nd APril!

This episode is really memorable for me and I am very honoured to be part of the episode, other than getting the chance to play alongside bands like Fake Eyelash, Soul Excess, the talented DJ Iniquisitive, the incredible Dharni (the things he can do with his mouth...WOW!), Tiramisu (what can i say abt this band, great music, great costumes, great attitude hehe), the most exciting thing is to be in the same show with whom I consider legends Tokyo Square (who can lay claim to a legendary hit like "Within You Remain" and I was only 8 years old when they formed in 1985) and of cos my favourites Stoned Revivals (I remember hearing them once in a countdown party in Marina Square long long time ago playing "Goodil"...it was such a fantastic song..."

So cmon support local and yeah extend a little of that to my band, The Auditory Effect! hhehe!

Offkey vocals!

no doubt, live and loaded is a great way to promote local bands. however, after watching 9 episodes, a couple of bands seem to stand out....not based on their great music...but by their offkey vocals! Fake Eyelash's vocals was one of them. They got on the programme based on viewer's votes? Is the general public going deaf?
