don't forget to read under bright light else ur radial muscles of ur iris would contract while ur circular musicles would relax, cuzing more light to enter ur eye... this would make u using ur rods instead of ur cones to read and if u do that too often, ur visual purple would be permanently damaged...

eating food rich in vit A like carrots helps solve that problem... but then again... prevention > cure
