Anybody a fan of this band? I got hooked after listening to The Robots song and the music video...pioneers of electronic music way back in the 70s..incredible...the bassline of this song gave me goosebumps...: P

Bump! Surely someone must have heard of this German electronica pioneering band..without them, there`ll be no techno, hip hop, rap, 80s synth pop etc..

But somehow I have to say that the Beatles started with the electronic music thingy back in the 60s with weird effects and that techno sounding "Tomorrow Never Knows".

oh yeah, I always remember Tour de France during the breakdance era.

Tomolo nvr noes not really electronic lah, they used a lot of tape loops.

If you listen to Abbey Road album, syntheziers are used to enhance the songs such as Something, Here comes the sun and of course the B-side long medley...

Kraftwerk is the prototype of Ladytron and Pet Shop Boys. Not really too huge of a fan but they are pretty interesting. You might wanna check out Can which is also hailed a pioneer of electronic music.
