i've got the adapter's voltage set up at 8.5V . It dint fluctuate after like 5 days.It remained the same.So i am safe?

There have been people who have used the cheap adaptors and got away with it.
The ratio of people having fried pedals while using such adaptors is higher.

- Kept asking on if above adapter is really proper for usage
