jmsmusic photography.. and others!

Yea. It's fun too because, not only is it using film, it is also a plastic/Toy camera, constraining your creativity with certain rules. Minimum tool, maximum creativity imho.

Holga rocks! I love the super saturated colors and the vignette effects it gives. The only problem is 120mm films are EX!!

agreeed man, thats what made me put my D80 aside, and yea bloody hell needa go so far to get 120mm films, but indeed it is fun..

I don't use holga. LOL. But the leaks of toy cameras are hard to reproduce on SLR. The idea is to get the light burn on the negative and close the shutter before it completely burns to the whole frame (vignette effect!!). But.. generally, Plastic camera gives you photo of a totally different kinda feeling. Even the effects of the lens is different. I have photos of light streaks and they are actually reflection of the plastic lens on the negative itself. In theory, to get the same color of a plastic cam, you can try setting your camera to F7 and 127 shutter spd. Constrain yourself to that setting. I am not too sure but you can try.

oh haha sry.. i blur la.. holga? plastic? so which is which? :)
& blackbird is a type of camera is it? can be use for both 35mm & 120mm film?
