Is this music gear website reliable?

Hi, I'm new to SOFT. I'm posting this new thread is because I'm not sure if this particular website is reliable.

What I mean by reliable is whether the music gears shipped by this company is in good condition and whether they may scam you.

I have a friend who bought a music book online and what he got was 20 pages of blank paper.

Definitely not, all it took was a google search of their URL to find all the nasty things angered customers had to say about them. So stay away! And next time if you're unsure, try runing a search on their website.
