In my opinion, it's no more about the music it's more about being different. like people wear for examply a hendrix shirt, you're not sure now if they look up to him or they think it's cool. Now, greats like hendrix and dimebag for example are more of a fasion icon than anything else, which is quite a pity and also it's sad that now band shirts are not a way of showing your appreciation to those bands that you look up to but to show people that you're 'cool' and so forth. Well, there are a few around that i can say really do love the music but if you loook around for youself, i'm sure you can differenciate the posers for the real deal. Well, just my view.

wow that's disappointing.
I do have a couple of hendrix shirts,but the only reason I wear them is because I respect Hendrix to the max, definitely not cos he's an icon or because it's nice and cool to wear a Hendrix shirt.
I heard so people who said stuff like that "eh,I don't believe she likes Hendrix.Must be wear for fun type"
Well... if I had the guts,I would go over and start a conversation about Hendrix's music.Seriously,I would be more than happy to
