I was thinking of this very recently, and was thinking if it was worth it... I mean, sound proofing the rm is already like a few $K. Then got to buy the eqpts...
In the long run, it wld be gd if u have a band, cuz its so convinient and no need to pay for jamming.
But the thing is whether ur bandmates willing to shift their eqpt over? They mite wanna practise too at hm?
But its the cost constrain lah... Cool if can convert to a hm theatre rm too, if rm is big enuf

Bt seriously, i dont know what u have against what i said. If i can say f*ck off to my neighbors tht doesnt make me a kid. This country is so full of people who keep quiet n follow orders tht evn freedom of speech aint allowed in the parliament. The opposition party does nothing bt sit & listen, & when someone does fight back, itz called rebellion. Wtf is wrong with these kinda ppl. So back to the point, i don't give a f*ck abt my neighbors, bt i did f*ck 1 once, or twice. If u were me, u couldn't resist :wink:
