but occasionally some do go mia
so these are the most courteous ppl on earth

Courtesy would necessitate an SMS containing "Sorry but I can't make it/am not free/not interested/cat died/caught up at work" at the very least.

It really depends. I mean, I'd rather have someone go MIA on me than to lie to me. But of course going MIA is very irresponsible but sometimes "it is for the best course of action" for such a thing to take place.

It really depends.

But better to face up to the truth and be let known than to be lied to or to have disappeared on.

i find it rather hurting ... as in ... that person made u put in effort in doing certain things .. and seem to be rather enthu in wat you are up to .. then end of the day, *poof* ~ gone ~

then what is the point of sounding enthu and interested only having to go M.I.A all of a sudden?

its reli frustrating at times and somehow this dumb bugger who M.I.A on me has reli hurt my feeling and betrayed me in a sense by showing me that enthu attitude b4 M.I.A-ing .... :shock:

pfffh... singaporeans... i wont say all are like this... but alot are... its plain rude and irresponsible. maybe its the way we ppl are being brought up these days.... i see this more frequent in teens of today than those above say in their late 20s?

honestly, i'd just blame the parents for it... and partly the social system in this country as well.

as in, promising to jam, gig etc... buy sell items...
seemingly to be enthu. making u put in effort to learn songs, or carry the items to be buy/sell to the destination. only to find out that the BUGGER HAD DISAPPEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

no reply to smses, no ans phone calls, but seemingly that bugger got the cheek to play games on FACEBOOK !!!!!!!!! :???:

i was referring to some of the posts here with answers that sound more like boy & girl relationship problem?

u must be really disappointed but look on the bright side, perhaps it is a sign? u deserve better more responsible/committed jam/gig partners?
not easy dilemma to face real life situations, there are sad songs & more sad songs, & sometime there are some things better left unsaid too... a grey area

in buy & sell.. buyer mia ok la quite common, what i dont understand seller go mia
you pm them, they dont even have the basic courtesy to return a reply, no/yes/sold?
some even put up ads w/ telephone numbers also no use, cant be bothered to give a simple reply?
if any of you here belong to that side of camp & happen to be reading this, wake up your *#$%^& ideas man!
