to those that have given their support during the SBOTB2005...
until we get our own website going,this will be the source of updating our progress....
a li'l bit abt us...
the current line-up consists of :
mazri - bass
salam - guitars
acit - drums
juno - vocals

influenced by rock & metal music from the 70's to 90's...
hv been playing together since august last year...
though the band members hv been playing in seperate bands since mid 80's...

currently compiling our original compositions....

further news will be updated....

we cover things from Rainbow,Deep Purple - (70's),Dio,Riot,Malmsteen - (80's),Dream Theater (90's)
Though we are influenced by a lot of other bands during these era...
At the moment,we are doin our original compo...

itz an absolute honour for the band...
the atmosphere was gr8 (though the aircon was kinda cold initially...hehehe)

nothin much...so far only tried out "as i am" & "pull me under"...
during last yr's sbotb we played "pull me under" during the semis...

used to cover more DT songs in my old band though,long time ago....

Sapphire will be participating in this weekend's Battle of the Bands @ Bt Batok...
We will be playing on the 2nd day (Sunday,2nd April) of the qualifying rounds...
Hopefully can recover from my flu by this weekend... :?
