FAB DISTORTION is pretty..... FAB man...

A little observation I have. the distortion on Fab Distortion sounds very simple, as opposed to a complex tone. It seems to work better on amps with low headroom. On high headroom amps the sound seems to fart out.

The best yet affordable guitar amp I have tried is the Behringer GM110

$200 plus, 30w

analog modelling for amp, speaker and gain mode, like a gt-2

It's one amp that takes pedal very well, at least all my pedals.

It remains as my main home amp

(btw, it's sold out in my stocks. I don't sell it anymore currently, so this is NOT a marketing ad here!!!)

johnson Loredo-15 Hybrid Tube amp. 15 watts. $150 at DAVIS

sounds alot better than some mid range stuff ive tried. extremely affordable.

I was so amazed with the tone from the amp, and how well it takes pedals.

So much so that I gave up my search for a low wattage tube. Sold my Carvin Vintage 16, and put my Blues JR order on hold to get two of these babies.

dude do post sound clips of the loredo 15 when you get it!~ $150 for a tube amp sounds magical!~ wonder how much is the all tube bigger brother... and davis guitar actually allows testing?...hmm..

Give Davis a buzz or just drop by and try out the pre tube first ...if thats good then the all tube should be better !!

Johnson Loredo 15watt hybrid Tube is my best buy this year.
hands down man.

clarity, headroom, sweet mid range.

It would have never even appealed to me, looking at that price tag. I guess life is full of suprises.
