Please learn how to post productively and include as much information as you can if you are requesting for some advice, opinion etc. Add pictures if you think it might be useful, eg. related to repairs etc.

All the old birds and experts here would like to help if they can, but I think many of them are quite tired of seeing irresponsible newbies coming in posting a ton of crap.

First thing to do before you start a new topic. Do a search using the "Search" function. Every now and then, someone will post a topic that's has really been discussed to death. And please post in english, everyone can understand. Don't need to be perfect, but just be understandable.

I think it would help for you to get whatever you are looking for quickly and effectively.

+1

But this kind of reminders must be reposted often. :P

Aiyo, then dun reply lo... the thread will then die automatically...
Seriously, for gear new gear choices are coming out every few months, so a question like "What multifx to buy" , "what compressor to get", "what chorus pedal" will need to be "updated" ma..
I'm sure pple who post are smart enough to search first, it's just that they want more responses or updated information.

Pier.

Those are definetely alright, at least it gives people an idea what is the thread all about. But 5 of the same kind of topic within 2 weeks?

A simulated negative example would be "What Guitar To Buy?' I want to buy a guitar. What to buy? Topic poster doesnt state anything about himself, what does he play what he hopes to achieve.

The problem is simple. Some people come in and demand a Happy Meal. They want it fast and they want to get a happy answer in ten minutes.

And I'm very sorry but most people I know simply don't know how to use the search function.

You are trying to say that seeing this kind of reminder zillion times is better than seeing newbie asking "is les paul better than strat" question zillion times?
