Ibanez korean made guitars stopped? Moving to indonesia?

yeah. i think we get too carried away because certain places usually (but not always) make certain things better.

we should always look at the final product and not the sticker or print that says "Made in Countryforthecountryconciouspeople"...

Not to be biased against certain country of manufacture but owning a bass made in china , a bass made in korea and my friend's SA , made in korea/ indonesia not sure and a fender jjapan bass. i honestly feel that there are signifcant QC deficiencies

their QC tends to be more shabby and less thorough. got a fender japan and the QC was good.

virtually all the guitars that i got from china,indonesia and korea had neck issues. the neck tended not to be finished properly on one side. wasnt sanded down before being lacquered and had those rough patches on the side.

perhaps its something minor but IMO, that is really irritating when you play and really reflects a manufacturer's devotion to quality
