i got electrocuted by my dc brick

my dc brick died on me after i tried to switch it on just now

i got a bad electric shock when i tried to touch it

anybody had any experience like me with this power supply?

and any idea where can i bring it to fix?

i think that the dc brick is not grounded properly. some power leakage due to poor insulation of wire or wht. how old is your brick?
