Honestly ...
once broken considered sold ...~
but ... it'd be better if you put up a disclaimer mentioning this first, and make anyone "renting/borrowing" ur equipment sign into a log book, and ask them to read the disclaimer...~
But gotta be fair also lah ..~
like ... if they highlighted to you while playing ...
and they're honest abt it ... i wouldnt be so insistant ...~
If it was the vocally violent guy at Davis ...
i'd make sure he pay ...~
It's idiots like him that make service bad in stores ~
but if it was a friend borrowing ...
ha~!
true test of friendship .. ~
Nvr do nasty things to yer customer. U'll lose ur business pretty soon if ur being fierce. Bt one way is, b brutal. If they cost u alot of damage, beat em stab em f*ck em shoot em whatevr it takes.
Hmmmm....really ah? Maybe I should too hahhahaah kidding.
I know its an old thread, but yeah jammers must highlight to the owners if they see broken stuff, he would be grateful and it gets u off the hook.
How does anyone break a ZBT hi hat man....tell me how how? Its meant for thrashing......
So far, I have runaways who broke my HH china, two zildjian avedis. two 302's, one funky splash, stole 6 hand made guitar cables...all because I trusted too much.
Have seen someone break a BRAND NEW pair of sticks and have blood splattered all over the drumkit after just 1 hour of jamming. Blood all over the drumheads and cymbals. Imagine how gross that is. Fella then refused to pay for the sticks and even had the cheek to ask for a discount for jamming
Sometimes, irresponsible jammers make you feel like breaking their necks.
