Liquidrib you mean only one of the the Wheel-Rims is damaged or scratch issit?....
I thought your Rear Bumper, Stay or Bumper Reinforcement, even Rear Panel is dented, or a rear or side lamp is broken also here (at minimum).....
So, it's not really a very severe kinda damaged. No Body work damaged? Just a wheel rim?...
PS:- If it's a Wheel Rim, he can pay you, unless you wanted to change a set of four - hahahaha then he will have to pay more depending on what kind of Rims.
You might be able to get some (FREE-Touch UP Paints) for your car - if you go back to Kah Motor. Service Advicer can help (talk to them nicely)...........If it's Body works and you bought the car from them (not parallel imported Japanese domestic model), they will have the Paint-Code from your record and get you the right paint to touch it up.
