id suggest learning to use it to its fullest potential before exploring other distortion units... it is as versatile as you are.

best $60 pedal i ever owned... been through 3 already.

Do you think it's weird to hook up other pedals to a multieffects pedal? Or is it actually no big deal? I do that cos it kinda allows me to expand on the palette of sounds, but this set-up might sound pretty oxymoronic. I dunno...

I find it quite normal.

Imagine where you start of with a multiFX. Then because of your style of playing, you require a better distortion. So you want a dedicated distortion pedal, but do not want to spend money for chorus, flanger, delay, etc that you might still use occasionally.
