Yeah since you're a guitarist Chanmin. I think you get the FastTrack, to make the most outta your POD XT.
and since you're getting a Powerbook already. You're ALL SET !!
Garageband, though looks and feels like normal commercial software is actually quite powerful. And i believe its enuf for almost all of your Track laying needs.
Apple even got free drum loop samples for you guys to download and sequence. So everything is there, you just need to learn how to use it. But Garage band isnt made to have a steep learning curve dont worry.
