i have, 2 bc rich mockingbirds (one is my workhorse, the other is a collector and for recording), 1 washburn superstrat (to put at studio so i don't have to lug guitars around), 1 acoustic (for a nice acoustic sound), 1 classical (it's nice, and it was technically my first guitar and it's ancient, so i keep it)
i agree with jms, more is merrier - but if you aren't in the correct financial position for it then stand off first until you are. Even then you might want to consider 2nd hand axes, help other troubled SOFTies out.
if you really are set on another axe, here's what you should consider - do you want a 1) different kind of tone? 2) different kind of feel while playing? 3) a backup? 4) a looker for gigs? 5) just wanna spend money and compete with others' collections?
if 5), please, hold on to your cash or donate it to charity
