The best way to get time for practise is to down pes. I'm trying to do that but its not so easy unless you've got real injuries.

NS is really screwing me over, especially in terms of guitar practise. The little time I have when I book out can't be dedicated entirely on practising guitar man! Skills are corroding and there's no inspiration to write any new stuff in camp... =/
