My friend was nagging at my brother in between our rooms... then somehow the nagging involved me. Next thing I knew, she picked up my acoustic guitar, strummed a few stuff, and threw it down...

Lucky she threw onto my bed.

mine arre the first four. i had lent a friend mine before. he hit it quite badly against the wall. there is NO WAY im lending any of my axes to him anymore.

j_m_s, good call. hahhaha! a guy i knew lent his friend a strat and that guy broke the neck.

HENG strat necks are easier replaced.

there's no way i'll lend my expensive gear to n00bs whom i cant trust. seriously get dings one. confirm!

ive not dropped a single guitar before.

strap locks all the way for me. i put them on stands which are out of the way of traffic when im taking a break from playing and store them in hardcases when not in use. i give myself a wide berth when playing my guitar , make sure my belt buckle aint sticking out, t shirt covering any rivets on jeans, dont wear shirt with buttons and use a static duster to brush of any traces of dust and dirt on my guitar before polishing. string my guitar really carefully so the strings dont scratch the finish and use non abrasive cloth and polish. i also clip my nails really short so theres no chance of making any indentations on the fingerboard.

just some of the things i do to take care of my guitar.

woah penta...when u sell ur gear arh..

people will buy from you.judging from the care u take of ur gear.

oh and in case u think i buy my guitars and am so careful that i barely play my guitar, i play the heck outta my guitar, at times more than 4-5 hrs at a go. plenty of practice like the crazy woodshedder next door.

I tripped over the cable which was plugged on to my guitar (forgot to unplug) and then tripped over its strap. It fell off the guitar stand but thankfully only the body hit the floor...neck was saved by the cupboard.

if you have a single guitar on a stand, the probability of it toppling over is still very high. i find that having more on a single sitting, helps root it down.

let me rephrase, you REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY LIKE ibanez.

How did you drop your guitar?

took my ibanez RX off and sent it flying into the amps after a show when i was 16. survived without a scratch til this day and sounding great.

testament to the old ibanez build quality hahaa..an non locking nut model though, hence no allen bolts to weaken the scarf joint area..in fact, no scarf joint at all..
