Help with tapping.

i really need help with this. i can't even understand what it's telling me to do, how do i tap this portion? thanks for all the help, would really appreciate detailed help.

use fretting hand to fret the 7 and 10, picking hand to tap the 14. hammer on and pull of as usual

fretting hand: 1st finger on 7(permanent)
3rd finger on 10(hammer on/pull off)

Picking hand: either 1st or 2nd finger on 14 (hammer on/pull off)

Add distortion to enhance the tapping.

uh... if you can find my first lesson i did on SOFT, it has tab for a simple tapping exercise, great for training to move across strings, all 6 of them.
