X xklusivly4u Member Dec 12, 2008 #7 if you plan to use pedal, there are plenty of Solid State amps out there. Just get a nice clean one, Roland Cube is a good candidate. But if you intend to use amp digital distortion then Line 6 Spider is in that price range.
