I tried the Pod XT Live today.

List is SGD 785.

After standard 20% discount, its SGD 628.

As they don't have any in stock, you'll need to place a 20% deposit. Next shipment date is in May.

In a fit of Gas, I placed a deposit for a Pod XT Live and a Vox Valvetronix AD50. Reflecting back, I didn't really gel with the feel of the Pod XT Live and will probably cancel the order and purchase just the Valvetronix.

So you into amp modeling nowadays? I find only 1 or 2 Line6 amp model pleasant to my ear. So you prefer valvetronix modeling?

ok, Pod XT live will be available end of May or early June. price is $628 after discount.

lemme see...36 amp models, 84 effects...usb enabled...line 6 edit enabled...gtr port enabled...expandable fx options( 3 of them) and fx junkie comes built in...which means you save abt US$50...

Music is subjective...gear too...but i find XT live a wonderful solution to gtr tones...it kicks ass with its high gain amp models and also sooth the soul with its warm clean tones...yeah sounds like a sales speech...but as mentioned earlier, everything is subjective...it works for me and also many who have tried it....

As usual, drop by City Music and try it...no harm
