i think you have to just camp at the drums buy/sell forum. but if your budget is 200-350 tama or pearl is very very rare.

I found this set of acoustic drums online.
It's $500++, which is indeed cheap but I'm not sure about the quality.

And for if you are living in a HDB flat, like most people do, get yourself a Pearl Rythm Traveller!
You can use the plastic cymbals, which is actually for practice.
The real cymbals are pretty great for a gig.

I myself want to get an electric drumset but it's costly.
So yea, I'll stick to this Pearl!
