Help for noise from speaker and headphone

Hi guys,

recently i moved to old HDB and found that there is very annoying sound from speaker (KRK). (Something like very high frequency sounds)

Also i listen music by using laptop which connect to power cable, i can listen the sound from headphone also.

I suspect the noise come from power cable.

Does anyone know solution?
