Yeah got it too, sometimes cannot even play the octave chords properly when requires alot movements. Pick also slips now and then but i use the Awe-in-one pick so slips to a certain extend but wont drop , although it makes alternate picking harder, have to keep adjusting.

you can go for invasive surgery to clip the gland or nerve in your palms. It works and it's available locally. An option for those who really want to get rid of the problem.

wah dude, if it really works, im gonna get it man..cos mine also quite serious ar, sumtimes i play guitar till the neck like wet sia.HAHAHA basket... -.-

dont most people have sweaty plams when playing guitar?....i have it to but mine's only on the left hand and is not so serious that i can wet the whole neck...it just gets harder to move around the fretboard after a while.

Sian I also have sweaty palms.. string rusts damn easily and pick slips (but now no more because I use dunlop tortex )

Mine literally can collect a cup... like now when I'm using the comp my mouse and keyboard is wet.

I've got sweat palms... my screws got rusty coz of that, and not to mention the strings too. Despite wiping after playing, gotta change strings every 2 months... and im using Floyd Roseeeeeeeeee, such a hassle

hmmm, u might wanna try dabbing some chalk(magnesium carbonate) on ur hands just to absorb the sweat a lil.... and dun use too much or u might chalk up ur whole guitar... hahaha... i use them a lil.. and so far my strings dun rust that fast... most climbing shops sell them. i use the ball ones and not the loose chalk..

u can give it a try?
