Is 6380 for a singlecut considered cheap? or ex?
That particular one, although nice, isn't even a '10' top, so I guess they come more expensive than that. Even so, $6K is a lot for any guitar.

Yea, but you pay for quality, i'm not sure about that in this case though.

By the way, do you remember seeing any 7 stringers there?

Oh - sorry, forgot to mention. I did not see any. I searched the Ibanez racks (they have at least 60 or 70 Ibanez guitars hanging) but no 7 stringers.

Damn, my dad was just back from Southern NZ, said the gear there at list price is much higher than the prices of Sweelee. I wonder how musicians survive there.

Anyway guys i'm leaving sat morning, so if any of you have anything you'd like me to check out, let me know

Ok guys, just got back from Hong Kong. Tom Lee is pretty impressive, compared to Sweelee, man that place kicks ass. You could just walk up to the Gibson rack, pick up a Les Paul Supreme or Custom or anything you fancy, plug it into a Marshall JCM2000, and have fun with no sales people bothering or anyone staring.

Vern: I tried the Triple Rect. Now i want it lol :D

Stars: Checked out the basses. MIA Jazz and P standard's, as well as the musicman Stringray cost about 10,000 HKD give and take. I think the exchange rate is about 4.75 HKD to 1 SGD.

Currently gassing on an Ibanez Prestige RG2027 and Universe 7PBK. Gonna do a little research, and if things go well, might get my dad to pick either up from Tom Lee when he goes back to HK to work.
