Any Tips That You Can Tell????
try not to wrap your thumb over the top and allow your other fingers to move freely,will try to take a picture to show you

use your middle finger. stretch it. and practice guitar everyday. do some fingers warming up exercise and challenger yourself to stretch your fingers.. when your fingers grow longer, you will be able to reach the 20/21 frets.

Yes, I do play a Les Paul..and don't really have problems reaching the higher frets. But then again I DO have abnormally long fingers, so, not a good judge there..
My tip is to shorten the strap, you may find it easier to play. Don't go for the 'cool' factor if it doesn't help your playing! If your strap can't be adjusted, get a new one instead of a new guitar. $10 vs $1000 is a worthwhile deal, no?

get one with a floyd and 24 frets, dont really see whats so difficult. if u cant get over the idea that every guitar has a joint no matter whether setneck or bolt on i suggest u jump over and start playing a pedal steel instead, that way theres no neck to get in your way.

for the issue of the bolt-on neck,
i'm searching for a guitar that has a "contour" on the back, so i can reach the upper frets better.
that is what im trying to say.

Mmm!! Basic of choosing guitar at music shop..
A ..Handling must be comfortable
B.. Movement shifting upward and downward.
C.. Body must be solid wood not overlap type
D.. Most heavy guitar is my favorite.
E.. Shape,Jackson, fender.Gibson. Ibanez, Musicman,wolfgang.. recommended
F.. There is a different tone between maple neck and rose neck remember..
G.. Check the fret board from zero to 24 slowly every note count no buzz.
H ..Hold the guitar itself don't connect to amp put the guitar body touch your
ear, and listen to the vibration sound travel .. more sustain..can buy..
The reason why the guitar do not suit u .. because import guitar mostly not yet proper setting..
If u said easy to press .. u have to set the action between fret and string gap to suit u... more easy tune step down half step
Some guitar player did not set the tremolo spring tension depending on the string gauge and tune .. they have tuning problem after diving..
It need very careful calculation to do proper setup..
This is a basic only.. many more to come..don't influences too much gear end up u get confuse..
Important your art of playing come with a good finger touch.. not the gear..lol
U give me $120.00 guitar I promise .. I will make the tune nice no problem...

i went a little guitar researching just now,
a guitar had attract my attention.
i saw this review this guy made on Youtube and i sort of like that guitar.
especially the set thru neck. [like the contour neck alot!!!]
