the bass n treble of the amp will be alot if i max the gain or 3pm gain when palm muting and its very irritating...
how do i get a warm clear tone on the amp without to much lows or high...
ill try playing at moderate gain at abt 10am-12pm

izzit possible if have my guitar through a equalizer pedal and to amp to reduce the highs and lows of my dist?

enlighthen me please

your amp has a 3-band EQ, you can start shaping your tone there.

i have a 3band eq...
but i feel like my tone needs treble that is not so harsh and the bass to be more and mid to be at 11!!!
but whenever i eq my mids are not enuf even at full..
can u tell me how gain can shape my tone?

I used to have a Line 6 Spider amp. The emphasis is indeed the treble frequency. I think it's the characteristic of the amplifier itself. Even after shaping the tone, it will still have traces of that trebly tone.

That being said, why did you settle for the Line 6 Spider if you don't like the tone being too trebly?

you could next try rolling down your guitar's tone knob. which amp modelling mode are you using btw? or is it like this across all the amp models?

Imho, You gotta love it loud. Meaning you cant find ur tone if ure playg too soft or at bedroom levels. Crank it up a bit more (at an appropriate time, of course) .
N honestly, spyder amps juz dun cut thru the mix. Nice for home practise though. Ahh, the painful learng curve....:(
