That dude in the middle, is none other than Philip Hansen Anslemo!
Hugely known as the ex-vocalist of Pantera. This was his band before he joined the crazy Texans. He joined Pantera when he was 18, so I guess he must be like at least around that age or younger in this pic ?!?!
