Got cheated,what do i do?

have you pm-ed him? any other forms of contact? do you know where he stays?
next time bring a patch cable and battery to test if it works on the spot. if that is not the issue, I guess the only thing is to remember his number and disturb him. either that or just drop the case & take it as a lesson learnt.
the least you can do is give him a "disapprove" on his post at the reputation section (on the top right hand corner of a person's post). You could also write down the reason why you did so.

please do not harass the seller in any way, if you do so, you would be in some legal complications- don't want that to happen, yes?

Report to the police? Oh please. You don't have a case. You didn't check it on the spot. The buyer can easily claim that you tempered with the pedal after the deal was concluded.
Not that I endorse such behaviour from such sellers, because it just ruins the market for the honest and genuine dealers like you and I. There is always that one sorry son of a b**** looking for his next victim.

The cheat just blocked his user acc and email,runaway like a chicken.
Didnt even reply me though ive made myself clear that i want to settle it nicely.
Yeah,probably lesson learnt,honestly didnt see it coming from a softy,took it for granted.
Let this be a lesson to others as well.

Firstly, what is wrong with it? If you're trying to use it with a onespot, for example, it doesn't work. Try and find out the exact nature of the problem.
I sold Kijichiro something once (If my memory serves me right- must've been 2 years ago) and he did not strike me as a cheat at all. Do make sure he is not just overseas or something- it's not worth the trouble of a police report if you later find out that there was just some extenuating circumstance.
I'm sure this can be settled amicably...

There is sound coming out of the wah but it doesnt sound right,huge treble loss and it doesnt sound like a wah at all,anyone can tell its defective.
This guy purposely barred my number,i tried using other numbers it gets through.In fact the 1st time i called,he said in a hurry that he will call me back but after that no response at all.I have Pm,ed sms'ed,did everything i could to get a response.And after i posted the post here,he deleted his account and email account.
Thats why im pretty sure he intended to con me.

He'll know how to fix your problem for sure. Dude, instead of trying a way to get hold of the guy who "scammed" you, you should be trying to at least do some damage limitation by getting a tech to see whats wrong with it. Who knows it could be a very easy fix. Then you'll realised you've created a storm in a teacup.
There'll always be assholes like that. I've met many. Just chill man. Metal is right, at least you didn't get cheated like thousands. Your wah might just be salvageable.
