either he's using a noise gate, or we cant hear the feedback because he's playing. normally the insane feedback comes when u stop playing and ur gain and volume are still up

why so complicated to get a pikap...hehehe
many models to choose and go...if PAF is ur destination, try non-paf replica if u want to get higher gain. I think duncan is gud enough n not pricey, save a bit go for fralins or and without worries bout shipping. If u patience to wait and have a bit money, hunt for WCR pickups or SDpickups (different from Duncan pups)...Save lots, go for Bare Knuckle. End of story... =)

getting alnico II pickups wont make u sound like slash. there are lots more factors involved. this is a huge misconception. doesnt mean u use same pickups as a certain artist u'll sound like that certain artist.

#1 is probably heritage cherry loh.. or cherry sunburst. but its been sweetly reliced over time.. nice.... i like the fact it is not so red inclined..

Yup, getting the same pickups as the artists will never make you sound like them. If you get the Slash Sig model, will you sound like him? The answer is NO. There are so many factors eg, guitar, amp, pedals that constitute a tone, not just the pickups.

because jimmy page's tone is far from warm man. his PAF in the neck is freaking bright.
