GEORGE L CABLE @ Guitar77

I betcha those visual sound amps are gonna sound like a million dollars with RG Keen behind it.

We shall all sing,

Doncha wish your peavey wuz hawt like me...
Doncha wish your fender wuz freak like me....

ok, some of you guys have bought the George L's yeah.... how do you find them cost-versus-benefit?

i was thinking of getting some of them for patch cables, but i'm not sure about its contribution to preventing tone-loss if used only for the 4-6 inches as a patch cable... probably more noticeable if comparing a 10ft George L with a normal 10ft cable, if you know wat i mean...

if i only have 7-8 pedals, will using George L's for short little patch cables really matter? :?

Shouldn't matter since they're quite short theoretically. But some people say got difference, so a bit subjective la. i think if ure using decent ones already and not the super cheapo ones, on top of dat you're implementing some loop to have a bypass, shouldnt be overly tone sucking.

I've bought the kit and have not used them yet.

The heads are still too bulky for me too cos my board is quite packed.

I've tried fixing one end up just for fun, and I dunno, it feels kinda flimsy, thats why I'm gona get cables(not neutrik) from misse instead.I just want something That I can be confident in I guess.

You guys can read up on this issue in TGP, there is an ongoing discussion i think.

honestly- i don't know! i bought the cable + strings so it's in a single receipt, which i've misplaced. i only have the NETS record, which isn't much help... anyway, the cable/ plugs/ plug sleeve (that red rubber contraption you see in the pic) are priced seperately.
