regarding the new S7, tried it out over the last weekend at bras brasah.. they only had one then, and i heard they are bringing in more.

the zr trem works great, very easy to tune. didn't go crazy with the trem but it keeps in tune well. seems like a really well designed trem. build quality is pretty decent all around, except for maybe a few poorly rounded fret ends.
the fretboard is made of rosewood i think, but it looked weird, there's almost a greenish tinge to it, perhaps some oil will help.

The neck feels great to me, almost similar to my carvin dc747. it's more of a rounder D shape, unlike the rg7321 neck which i don't like. but definitely not like a UV neck.

tonal wise the stock pickups are pretty usable to me. bridge is hot but a little thin, neck is smooth, but i'll switch them out eventually.

Sub what time you going??Aljunied branch?feel like getting the head...
if its gd for Grain then ..its gd for me ...:)

the ZR vibrato bridge isn't new to the S-series, it works for the S-models before the 7320...
the make/ break factor here IMO is the tone/ playability. let's see if it makes a compatible companion to my RG7620...

bro penguin- i'm going to BB Showroom, finalizing some Epi stuff as well (for reviews). WRT Ibanez Toneblaster X amps: i'm contemplating the head myself...
