metalella_eh: basket, thats why I say the amount of money that you get for your tips is gross man. smile smile abit at ang moh customer sure get tip.

anyway, gotta agree with ChanMin, the amp is super loud. I had the 5150 in my house for a while before shifting it to his. I bet the small pets in my house are probably deaf by now. the worst thing is, I could only play the amp on weekends so that I can crank it up to hear whats the magic behind the peavy 5150.

it was worth it though .

chanmin : 5150 on lead channel volume 2 with my mtm1's volume maxed out already made my window grilles tremble. i don't even need to run through my 808, the amp's distortion along with my EMG pups is already.. WOW.. my neighbours are quite used to my volume though.. but still, i ought to buy an attenuator.

there used to be ants and lizards running around my room. ever since 5150 is in my room, they are gone. talk about weird. :lol: i bet your turtle and chinchilla hates you for bringing 5150 home. but your musicman amp is also loud what.. -.-

hello dude from guitar connection....

im gonna bring my guitar down soon (prolly next week if not week after) for changing of pu selector switch and maybe change of pots? i dunno my pots is what type or what not but ill only change them if they are alpha pots? im totally unsure abt the pots but the pu selector is a definite. coz the metal portion is rusting.
also, do u sell screws? for the pickguard.... some rusting

you stuck a bigsby trem on your les paul! that's really wicked!
does ramming on it cause easy off tuning and... does it affect the sustain of ur les paul??

yeah i actually went and ordered a Bigsby B7 from www.elderly.com and got it installed by KC.

i don't do dive bombs with this thing, just gentle vibrato dips and wiggles. it stays in tune pretty well as the nut & saddles are well-cut and well-lubed.

as to whether it affects sustain, i don't know, i can't tell.. my lester still sustains for days.. :twisted:

yep.. never thought of that before.. my impression of les pauls were they were made without a trem but with a fixed bridge for superb sustain...
